Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
Setting up a catch-all mailbox will be remarkably easy if you have a Linux shared hosting with our company. You can activate the feature through our advanced, albeit intuitive Email Manager tool, which is part of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you’ll administer your hosting account. You’ll see all the email addresses that you have created enumerated alphabetically and on the right-hand side of each one of them there will be a small-size "Catch-all" icon, which will immediately tell you whether a certain mailbox stores all the email messages associated with a certain domain name or not. With a single mouse click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this option at any time. If there’s activated email forwarding or in case a different mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a certain domain, you’ll receive a warning notification from our system. The latter will not replace/disable anything automatically or without your consent.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all functionality can be activated easily in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you have set up with the domains hosted in your semi-dedicated server account will be shown in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll see a small icon conveniently located directly next to each of them. With just one single click of the mouse, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choosing on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with the option already enabled and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and enable this option using the menu that will come into view. In case any of the prerequisites for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will warn you, but will not disable or replace anything automatically.
