Auto-responder Emails in Shared Hosting
If you would like to configure an auto-responder message for some mailbox created in a shared hosting package with us, it won't take you more than a couple of mouse clicks to achieve this. You will see a list of all email addresses which you have from the Emails section of the Hepsia Control Panel, that will come with all of the website hosting accounts. For each one of them, you'll see a small auto-responder button and everything you should do will be to click it, type the text that you'll want to use and save the modifications - it is as easy as that. Creating an auto-responder for multiple e-mails and editing or removing an active auto-responder is just as easy and can be done at any moment. There will be a different icon for any email address with an enabled auto-responder in the Emails section, so you will be able to monitor with ease and modify the status of the feature at any time if required.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you use a semi-dedicated server plan to host your domains with us, you will be able to easily activate the auto-responder option for the mailboxes you make in your account. You can do this from the Emails part of our intuitive Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you can view a list of all of your mailboxes. A little icon will highlight which has an enabled auto-responder and which doesn't. To create, edit or delete a message, click the corresponding icon for the given e-mail, type in the content you want to use, save the change and you'll be all set. If you select a group of e-mail addresses, you're able to activate or disable the option for them in bulk, with just minimal efforts.
